Refund policy

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or where the protective seal/packaging has been broken, unless required by applicable law.

2. Incorrect Orders / Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for incorrect product selection, change of mind, or dissatisfaction where the customer has ordered the incorrect item. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions before purchasing.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [info@houseofsaul.co.za] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

4. Return Conditions

Where a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The product must be returned within 7 days of approval.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after inspection of the returned product and will be refunded to the original payment method used.
